Heavy Bleeding & cramping

Hi there, I am 7 weeks pregnant, I started spotting Christmas eve which lasted for around 2 days then went away for a few days then came back a lot heavier, passing tissue/clots? along with bad cramping for about 3 days now.
It's finally eased up today but I no longer feel pregnant although my boobs are still a little sore but not as full.
I'm currently traveling and can not afford thousands of dollars to get medical attention.
Does it sound like I have miscarried?
Is there a chance that I haven't and perhaps just running on very low pregnancy levels? is there any foods/medication  etc I can take to help keep the baby alive?
Anyone have any advise?
I know I will not  even able to tell for sure until my ultrasound which I have booked for the 14th back home However that's sooo long to wait without knowing. Is there ANY other way of knowing if my baby is ok?

It sounds like you have had a miscarriage. I'm sorry and I'm no Dr but You need to be seen at the hospital ASAP. They need to check your blood levels and make sure that all of the tissue has passed. People have died from blood loss from miscarriages. I suffered a missed miscarriage last year and ended up in the hospital due to blood loss and side effects from the induction. It's nothing like a normal period. They will need to check you and your blood levels.

Go to labor and delivery. If you ever bleed and have cramping,  go. If they say it's nothing , better safe then sorry.
