Help!! My nipples hurt so bad!!
This is my 3rd baby and I have never dealt with my nipples and breasts hurting like this... anything touching them almost makes me double over... is this normal and if so what can I do to ease it???
Go to the nursing section at target or Walmart. They have gel pads called soothies. Put em in the freezer and use those. Also try lavender oil mixed with coconut oil!
Its normal I hate the nipple pain lol. U could apply warm compresses. Make sure u have a good supportive bra. Im small chested so the best thing that helps me hinestly is not wearing a bra when around the house. If pain is very bad u can take tylenol
