Try drinking plenty of water, walking and stretching flexing your toes, and calf massages. You can also try elevating your legs at night when your in bed.  I'm 35 weeks and I'm getting them myself I was told it was do to the pressure of the baby.  I'm guessing a lot of weight on the legs . Hope this helps.

hydrate for sure, while this and potassium while intake help little and they don't go away,  they get worse, stretching helps and leg massages,  with my third the calfs get so hurtful tight that at times has kept me up half the night, flexing the ball of foot downward helped most

when you get a cramp, ask your spouse to rub his head (hair) where the cramp has occured. You must think it sounds insane, but it really works. My baby is now 5 weeks, but while pregnant of him, i would wake up with really bad leg cramps and my husband would do it and it would go away!

Water, drink pickle juice and eat bananas. The pickle juice actually helps you stay hydrated. Runners eat pickles at the marathons around here. They swear by it

I get those really bad too and i know it's not or a lack of water or a bananas but I use a heat pad and have my husband massage my calves at night and I don't wake up crying out in pain anymore. I'm still just right and a little sore on each valve but at least I can walk again

I have those same cramps. I try and stretch before bed. Drink lots of water and eat bananas. I still have really tight muscles but i haven't had an actuall cramp in about 3 weeks.

With my first daughter. I would wake up at least once a week from cramps in my legs. They were horrible. Thankfully this pregnancy I have only had it once. I have heard if you increase your water intake and you walk more and stretch that muscle it helps.
