Help

Any advice to help kickstart contractions? I know my baby will come when she's ready but I'm tired of being pregnant.

I'm 37 weeks too, and I know how tiresome pregnancy gets. But I would definitely recommend waiting until 40 weeks to try and jumpstart labor. Unless you were tracking your ovulation at the time you conceived, your due date is just an estimate. No one knows for sure that your baby is REALLY 37 weeks. He or she could still be underdeveloped and need help eating or breathing if born now. Besides, new guidelines suggest that babies sshouldn't be considered full-term until 38 weeks, not 37. Hang in there momma! You only have 3 more weeks!!!

I am 37wks myself and baby not in position as yet. Well let's see when I go to the Dr on Thursday...fingers cross!  I tried to keep myself busy but it very hard at times. I am patiently waiting, but  we are sooooooo ready to meet our little prince.

Congrats hun.... and I hope you have a safe delivery.

It's so funny how I wanted to kickstart labor, didn't do anything and next day she was born...she just wanted me to suffer one more day lol

A lot of what you'll hear are just ol wives tales. But walking is great. Also doing light yoga. Practice your breathing.  And  practice labor positions. But. Before doing anything ask your Dr first.

Try walking and have sex too. Sperm can stimulate contractions. When I was on my 2nd pregnancy, I had sex and 18 hours later she delivered
