Hives!

I've gotten hives every night for the last three years. We've concluded its from heating up too much. No matter what I do to keep the temperature down, I end up getting horrible, itchy hives from being too hot.

I've always taken benadryl to help get rid of them and I've been cleared by the doc to take it, but I feel bad every time, like its poisoning the baby. I've tried some natural methods to get rid of them, but was wondering if you ladies had any suggestions?

I agree with above about the cold cloths, cool baths and showers for natural remedies.  And you aren't poisoning your baby mama! It's a category B drug so it's never been shown to cause harm:)

Cold cloths on the hives (works for normal ones and especially heat ones) a cool bath or sjower may help before you get them to keep them away or even help cool you off and not get them. Drink lots of cold water. Other than that I don't know natural remedies but heat rash on childer I put cool cloths on it it helps.
