Home remedies

Does anyone know any home remedies for round ligament pain. The dr I saw today says Tylenol doesn't help. I hear warm baths, stretching, heating pads, and girlie so far. Any others?

I just went to wal mart and bought a Hand Mini Massager. It also vibrates when you press the button. So it needs battery, but the massager already comes with battery. Go to pharmacy and ask them at what isle you can find them. It costed no more than 6 dollars.
This is going to help you out so much for what you experiencing, I'm not sure how much but for sure you will have some realease of pain. I tried it in my buttocks, feet, back, it just feels so amazingly great.

A warm bath and as weird as it sounds, getting on all fours and kind of rocking /swiveling my body helped too.

The bath or standing in the shower letting the warm water run on my belly is literally all that helps me...And only for a little while. If u find out anything else, plz let me know lol
