Make sure you're getting plenty of water calcium and potassium. That should help eliminate the pains!
It could also be sciatic pain. Which can be revealed by stretching. But it will be something that can come and go throughout pregnancy.
I agree it sounds like the siatic nerve.
Yes definitely sounds like sciatica. I experienced that with my first and am also experiencing with my second. It helps to do some stretching. It's caused by the baby hitting a nerve so it helps to stretch to get the baby to move from the nerve. I feel ya though it's painful!
Make a bit of yoga :) if it s sciatica go for an acupucture appointment helps with a few sessions.
As for the warm bath if it was heavy legs i totally not recommend it. Legs need cold water to help circulate blood
Hope this helps
I Had That Like EVERY NIGHT With My Daughter.I Could Never Sleep It Hurt So Bad.
My Dr Told Me To Stretch Twice A Day , Drink At Least 3 Water Bottles A Day , And Eat A Banana Every Day.
I Did That For 3 Days And Never Experienced The Pain In That Time. When I Did Get A Pain (3 Weeks Later) I'd Do The Same Thing Again And It'd Stop.
