Ask your doctor about vitamin B-6, I had really bad morning (all day) sickness until I tried vitamin B-6 now I just get nauseous every now and again but I don't throw up, it really helped me.

I heard ginger candies, and saltine crackers can help subside it.

Here's some advice from the MedHelp website and our I'm Expecting app on morning sickness. You can find this in the app by going to the Pregnancy Diary from the home screen and selecting Morning sickness from the Symptoms menu. Then click the menu bar in the upper left and select Symptoms Manual to see your symptoms. Hope you feel better soon!
