Thanks everyone for the comments back! Everything I was reading was saying different things so it had me unsure!
I packed a nightgown that zips (for breastfeeding), several pairs of socks with the anti-slip stuff on the bottom, and a going home outfit (maternity stuff). If you think it's likely you'll have a c section, a dress would be your vest option for going home outfit as it won't press on your stitches.
Remember you will still have a belly after baby is born (remember the princess belly? I didn't believe it and when I tried to wear my normal clothes after, they didn't fit.) I stayed at the hospital for 3 days after c-section. This pregnancy I'm going to pack for 2 outfits a day (maternity) and a nice maternity outfit to go home in.
Yes that is true the nurses does keep checking you depending if you have natural or csection csection you get check every few he's.
Okay thank you. ..I have a bad habit to over packing! :) Are you taking a nightgown? My Mom said they keep checking you after you give birth!
Im packing a set of jamies for after the birth an outfit that I hope fits and is decent for going home day and two morw outfits just in case lol
