Hot feet!

Do any other ladies have super hot feet? I know it'sfrom increased blood volume but it drives me crazy! Mostly at night when I am in bed trying to fall asleep.

Past couple nights its been hot here so I've had a cold shower and then cold face cloth on my feet.

I am 30 wks I am just hot all over I keep my air on 70 I work at night in a hospital everyone else have on coats and jackets I be looking for a fan

I find that I am warmer in general, but I have noticed that I hardly ever wear socks now. My feet just get to hot..

I have nerve damage in one foot/ankle so it alwaysfelt hot. It's odd to have both burning hot. I have slept with blankets from the knees up this pregnancy. If they get too bad, I have slept with a cool washcloth at my feet in the past. Also can try icing them for 15-20 min before bed.

My little boy told me it felt like my hands were on fire, they were so hot. I'm only 23 weeks, but had to take my rings off a few weeks ago from swelling.
