How is everyone managing their Fatigue?

I go to bed absolutely exhausted and I wake up exhausted along with nausea. I am so used to being active and having lots of energy and I am beginning  to struggle with the constant fatigue.
Can anyone else relate? What have you been finding helpful? In two days I will be 8 weeks.

Try eating more green leafy vegetables like spinach and lettuce. If you've hit your secons trimester you may be slightly low on iron which causes that. You OB can check you and give you iron if needed.

I was the same way in the beginning of my pregnancy. I wanted to sleep and sleep. All I can say is take it easy and it gets better. Thankfully in my second trimester the fatigue and nausea are almost gone.
