I SAT AND HEARD A POP NOISE

I need opinions..last night I went to use the restroom and right when i sat down I heard a loud POP noise in my lower abdomen area.Has anyone experienced this? Is it possible that i squished my baby..is it possible to break a baby's leg or arm?? Or could it be my water breaking. There was no leak or burst of fluids but i did go pee and the feeling of wanting to Pee stuck with me for hours. I called the Nurse hotline and she said it was unusual and has never heard of that.. Should I go to the ER? No symptoms today just a lot of lower back pain...

UPDATE: thanks ladies for the response. I went in to the Maternity ER and baby and I are okay. My water did not break and all tests came back good. Apparently it is my pelvic bones stretching so its normal and the backaches is just part of the pregnancy. So we good too keep on trucking. Oh sorry I forgot to mention I am 26 weeks. Due in Novemeber.

I haven't experienced it but I did read on line that many woman report to their doctor that they hear a piping noise. UT Said That Doctors Can't Explain Where It's Coming From But That There Is No Evidence That It Cause Any Type Of Harm To The Mom The Pregnancy OR The baby. What they think it might be is when the baby's head rubs against the pelvic bone that cause the noise.

I heard a pop noise when my water broke, but I gushed. Baby could be in a position that is acting like a plug not allowing the fluid to leak. How far are you? Best advice is to get checked asap
