I had no idea I was pregnant!

I recently found out I'm pregnant. I dont know how far along but I must be at least 4 or 5 months because this baby is very active. I have PCOS and had been trying off and on for a few years with no luck (my daughter is 7yrs this summer). Anyway I really had no idea until baby started moving this past week. No symptoms except for throwing up infrequently at random times of the day which I atributed to stress, nerves and acid reflux. I was just wondering if it's happened to anyone and how far along you were.

Hasn't happened to me
But have a friend who didn't know she was pregnant till she was 7months. She was still bleeding monthly, was very over weight so didn't notice a change in her body, and placenta was at the front so she didn't notice moments till 7 months.

Also if you know anything about PCOS is that you don't ovulate and a lot of women with it tend to be overweight. Which I am so it's not like I noticed my body getting bigger. In fact, I have lost about 15lbs in the past 3 months.  We had been trying off and on for years with no luck so it just never crossed my mind until I felt the baby move. I have an ultrasound next week to see how far along I am.

I have PCOS. My periods have always been irregular. Sometimes months or even a year without one. My last period was in early august. No other symptoms aside from throwing up infrequently for a few weeks.
