I hate renting... vent...

So a week ago I posted I found mold on the celing in the nursery. Called property management they sent a guy out the next day. He ripped out a good quater of the celing or more and left a huge hole. Fixed the leak and left.. THIS WAS A WEEK AGO!!! Ok so I call yesterday and ask when is he going to finnish. I get told oh tomorrow (today) he'll be there at 8. Dude shows up at 11!! I'm freaking out because I can't get in there to finish any thing. I have her crib n changing coming and my shower is in 2 weeks. Uh!!! They lag so bad this isnt the first time them did this to me.

I wanted to move when we got pregnant but he said no. Now he is wishing we moved.

Call your housing authority and speak to a representative! I was a property manager in low income housing so we fixed things immediately but people always called the housing authority if we didnt respond in a few hours and it always scared my bosses. Best of luck mama and try not to stress!

I say find a better rental company when you can! Good luck seems like you need it lately!! :-D

Also last year 4th of July our back fence caught fire. Only replaced half. So I have a 6 foot 5 foot 3 foot fence. Which took about a month to fix. I have dogs and they know that. Its just they are cheap and money hungry.

I know things could be worse. Its just this isn't the first time. I had a broken pipe under the house and my kitchen was not useable.  It took them almost 2 weeks to fix it. They took off $75 of rent which is better than nothing but rent is $700. I wasn't happy. I wanna move but cant to close to delivery and I'm on modified bed rest.

Could be worse!!! My boyfriend and I moved into his family farmstead house and found a closet full of nasty stuff ridden with mouse poo and had to strip down some walls to the original boards due to old hidden cat pee and with that came mold!!! I'm currently 32 weeks and don't have the walls redone yet.

Positive side is they are doing something about it rather than nothing... Every thing will work out.. Some times I just have to step away and just relax some how
