Maybe TMI but it seems like when i cough or sneeze out even try to hold it in for a bit too long i trickle...Lol... 4th child...i  can't believe it's happening to me...my mother warned me lol

I embarrassingly shared that detail of pee leaks when I sneeze with my husband. I also shared the increase of discharge that I'm experiencing and how scared I would be if I was leaking ambiotic fluid. This whole conversation led to reading about leaks of ambiotic fluid and baby survival rate.Relief flooded when we realized we are 20 weeks. Discharge is normal. pee leaks when sneezing are normal. We are not leaking ambiotic fluid.  Everything is normal. Even if we were leaking ambiotic fluid the baby can live viably outside the womb at 24 weeks. Women with leaks have had extensive bed rest lots of fluids and given birth at 36 weeks. The baby would need steroids for lung development though and can have several medical complications.

Yep, started with my first when I was throwing up, and hasn't stopped. When I cough, sneeze, jumping jacks/jump rope in the gym, laugh to hard, heck some times when I just get up off the floor. I've done kegels, but I just gave up. I am doomed to be back in diapers before my time :0/

This is my first, and it happens to me constantly. The worse is when I throw up, it's not a little tinkle, it's a full on pee. The throw up thing used to happen before I got pregnant, but back then it was a little tinkle. The joys of being pregnant. My doctor told me that kegels help, and I tried them for awhile, but they didn't... my mom and sister not have this issue, so I just figured I was destined to also lol.

Same it ***** this is my 4th baby n I'm only 19 weeks and it's happening already... I use panty liners instead of having to change my undies

Lol luckily I haven't have the sneeze or cough pee yet. But if I throw up I def pee myself... Not a trickle either...

Its only my second and if I don't clench before I sneeze I wee a little! I don't know what's happening I hope it goes back to normal after birth! Lol
