How do you keep your immune system boosted naturally and that's not harmful at all to little one? Every week I kind of feel flu like head thick, nose heavy congested with drip, throat scratchy. I do lemon tea then and eat an orange, then it seems to go away, YAY , the next day or in 2-3days or so I feel like this again. Mostly at night actually. Super fatigue along with it. What other remedies can I try to keep my immune system boosted and is this normal? :-/ another worried one*
