Hey Mummy's, I'm just on early pregnancy stage at 7 weeks and 4 days. I've noticed blood spottings since last night. It's not heavy but as a first time young mother-to-be I am really worried. Has anyone experienced spotting during the first trimester? Should I be really worried?
