Instant heartburn
I should buy stock in tums! Only at night do I get super thirsty. It wakes me up. I take a tiny sip of water then BAM instant heartburn. I'm normally to tired to get up to grab some coconut water so I'm not up half the night fighting the heartburn and trying to go back to sleep, but I tried it tonight. Man is that stuff ever nasty! How do people drink it!? I grabbed more tums. Waiting for them to kick in. Baby decided it was time to wake up and start doing some martial art moves. 10 more weeks of this. I am so done!

nothing helps me...I get acid reflux regardless if I eat or drink, I get it all day every day. I probably have ten kidney stones waiting for me after the amount of time I've been eating.
I drink warm milk b4 I go to sleep and that help, yeah tums are big waste of time only work for a hour
