Irritability And Travelling

Am now 11 weeks pregnant and I also have anxiety issues so I been on zoloft. I don't know if its the pregnancy but lately everyone is getting on my nerves particularly my Husband who I love so much. Also at 11 weeks pregnant and being high risk how far do you all think I should travel from home?
