Tylenol and related meds are the only ones safe during pregnancy for pain. I wouldn't take it frequently, but of you are in pain then its fine. Children's is also okay of you can't swallow pills

Ask your doctor what is right for you & your specific pregnancy.  Please don't take otc medicine just because people on an app say it's safe.  I know this is recent but they've just linked Tylenol in pregnancy to ADHD.  You can read the article on CNN.  It's preliminary research I believe but still,  I personally didn't chance it.

If you are adamant about taking something you call the docs office the nurses should tell you what you can & can't have.

If you can stand the pain, I'd just not take anything....& do lemon & honey or warm chamomile tea & honey or a salt & warm water gargle... but that's just me.
