Is it ok to take a warm bath at 28.5 weeks pregnant?

Hello all. I'm 28 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and my body has been aching as I have returned back to work this week after break. I also had an umbilical hernia repair a year ago that has been hurting from the pregnancy recently and I want to avoid medicine but can't remember the rules on bathing in pregnancy.

I am 29 weeks and I have baths all the time. I fill the tub then limit my time to 10 min.
It's usually enough to relax me and help the aches

My dr had me taking one almost daily to relieve hip pain. Just not so hot you sweat or turn pink

Warm baths are definitely ok, but if you are sweating, the water is too warm for baby

Yes you can have a bath as long as it's not too hot.
