I worked out till the day before i went into labor lol. It def helped me for my labor and even after . My labor was quick and after the baby weight is coming right off. Just listen to your body :)
I would go to the gym 2 to 3 times and week before I got pregnant and my 1st check up I asked my doctor if I can continue going and she said no its not recommended atleast the first 3 months cause some woman can have a miscarriage from working out, only walking...
It's perfectly safe. I'm still lifting weights n running 3 miles non stop every other day.. Although I started slowing down on my runs... just a little I'm still keeping up with my running partner n just lowered 5 lbs on some of my weights. Of course some exercises I can't do exercises where I lay on my stomach or back.. but other than that I do most like squats, dead lifts, cleans n press.. I'm 21 weeks pregnant
Yes its safe! And important. It will help you avoid a lot of pregnancy symptoms such as round ligament pain. Will keep you at a healthy weight. Will make for shorter and much easier labor and delivery. And will help you heal faster after baby. And your body will bounce back to prepregnancy shape much more quickly. For now you should be able to continue as you always have. But soon ur expanding bump will give you reason to slow down. When u start noticing ur a Lil clumbsier then normal avoid exercisise that require a lot of balance. And don't push your self. If you feel tired rest. If your muscles are aching that's a cue to take it easy. And most importantly drink a lot of water!!
Yes totally fine just look up pregnancy work outs on Pinterest or I even use an app just make sure to take a break when needed don't over push yourself
That's last name Stage... not sage lol
Yea there is a fitness model names Sarah sage who worked out through her whole pregancy. Look her up. If your body is used to working out then don't stop
