Hello!! i am 7 week pregnancy,  but suddenly my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared!! is it normally!!? did anyone experience the same situation!!!

Pregnancy is a wild ride and each one is different. Try not to worry and enjoy the days in which you are feeling good!

I had a few at the beginning then stopped around 6 weeks. Now I'm 19 weeks 4 days with a boy and bam symptoms are back for a while with a vengeance.

Decrease in symptoms isn't a sign of anything worrisome. Now if you start bleeding or having severe pain especially on one side of you abdomen I would go to the Dr. But as is, your body is probably just adjusting to the hormones and is handling them better than before.
