Just so over these contractions

5 days of contractions, lost my mucus plug on Wednesday (2 days ago), still having slightly painful cramping contractions and back aches, but no baby!!! Has anyone had this before and how long did it last before baby came? I'm exhausted and over it!

Still haven't given birth. Still having the contractions daily.
Been to the dr's a couple of times and staying in contact with them.
Bub is posterior and my body is trying to push Bub down but not working.
I'm ready to go with a soft and dilating cervix, just need Bub to get in position.
My due date is Monday however have dr's apt tomorrow to work out what our next step is, as I am getting no sleep. Which is making it very hard on my 3 year old.

I'm sorry you are uncomfortable--  just remember it is all for a good cause!  Do check in with your doctor.  I had something called latent phase labor which resulted in a difficult birth.  Talk to your doctor.  good luck

Yes, I had been in and in constant contact with mid wives. It's pre labour that has now lasted a week and still no baby. Contractions are 8mins apart now and everyday we think it's time and it still goes on. Each day the contractions are stronger and no baby...
Aparently for some women it can last weeks.
