At this point worrying does no good. Its already done. Maybe it is potentially harmful. Its been debatable for a long time. If it concerns you, don't drink any more. Personally my choice was to completely abstain from alcohol and any meds unless I seriously needed them, just in case. But I do know people, including people who are married to doctors, who drank wine throughout pregnancy and their kids are fine. I disagree with taking the risk, but the risk must be fairly small or way more people would see problems. So you are probably OK and shouldn't really worry much.
Don't stress. I've had a glass on new years..
It's fine. My cousin who is an ob tells me that I can have a glass once in a while with dinner and even she drank over the summer with her pregnancy and her baby is perfect! Jist don't overdo it
It is ok to have a glass every once in a while. Most of the studies done have been on excessive drinking which is bad. But just don't have a she bote and know what you're body can have before getting tipsy :)
I'm sure everything is fine with the baby. Try not to stress to much. I just wouldn't have anymore. If you want you can talk to your doctor about it. They would be able to reassure you that everything is ok.
