Leg and foot cramps

Any of you ladies experience either one. I'm a ftm and I wasn't sure how common it was. Been waking up the past week with leg cramps. The pain continues during the day.

I needed more calcium as well. I used to get them 2 to 3 times a week (sometimes both legs on the same night). I started taking calcium supplements and experienced a dramatic decline. I haven't had one in weeks (knock on wood!).

Talk to your doc/midwife before adding any supplememts of course.

Yes I get them all day and night, 3rd pregnancy for me and nothing really makes them go away I alternate stretching, pillows, exercise,  tylonol (when unbearable), potassium,  I try to eat bananas. Sometimes it helps others nothing works. Its one of the more annoying cant do much about it symptoms,  just try to hang in there, oh also sleeping propped up helps, in a recliner prefrably. Hope you find some relief.
