Limited Movement

38 wks today and our baby boy has been fairly quiet today. Little movements here and there but nothing crazy. Just not sure if he's having a lazy day or I should be concerned.

Eat something with sugar, like an apple, drink something, and lay down. Then count the movements for two hours. Any shift or movement. As long as there are 10, no matter how light, he's totally fine. I have to do this for my condition,  and my doc says on days where her nudges seem really light it is most likely because she is facing in. I hope that helps :)

He's probably out of room!   As long as you are feeling little movements here and there he's probably ok.  But if you're really concerned see your doctor!
