Sounds normal to me, but if you are concerned then call your doctor to make sure.

I would give your doctor a call and just let them know your symptoms and see what they say. Are you having contractions at all in the front?

Yes I've been dealing with the contractions as well.. I've taken a hot bath and I'm using a heat pad and although the contractions are coming and leaving the back pain is almost unbearable

So how far apart are you contractions? Are they consistent?

If your contraction is consistent.. You might be going to labour... I suggest for you to grab a pen and paper and time it then go to your doctor and tell the intervals. Record atleast 4 or more

Yeah it sounds like you are in labor. You should call your doctor and let them know and they will let you know what to do from there. Good luck
