MISERABLE :'(

My allergies are killing me. As if they weren't bad already before getting pregnant, they are worse now and NOTHING helps me. I've tried all of the acceptable allergy and cold medications, I have tried a humidifier, I have tried vapo rub, and NOTHING helps. I am getting so frustrated and annoyed, I don't know what to do anymore!!!!

So understand this. Lucky zyrtec and mint tea works wonders. I usually get refresh tea from starbucks and let it steep about 5min. So good.

Try mint tea...I got mint tea leaves boiled some water, added a little honey and lemon and I felt soooo much better! Look up the benefits of mint as well...:-)

I know your post is almost month old, but I hear you right about now.  I'm 4 weeks pregnant and this ragweed is killing me. Showering during the nights, using a saline rinse, and occasionally benadryl or zyrtec.
I feel bad taking it but I can barely see and function, without my 2 week pill.
