Breech

Has anyone successfully turned their breech baby using different positions or exercises? My OB says my baby is breech and is talking c-section if he has not turned by 39 weeks, but I really don't want to have a c-section. I will be 33 weeks tomorrow.

You still have plenty of time for your baby to flip. :) My first didn't flip until 35 weeks.  I traded in my chair for a yoga ball and did the downward facing dog yoga pose a lot. Those both helped him move.

I am really hoping he turns. I have been trying different positions that are supposed to help them turn, but no such luck. My doctor is talking like there will be no more time for him to turn, which is a little confusing because I read that some babies don't even flip until you are in labor!
I will have to try doing downward dog more often. Right now I am going on my hands and knees and sticking my butt up in the air with arms lying on the ground.

Theres a good number of women that have used spinningbabies.com. Some have also placed speakers and played music down there and the baby turned to listen better lol.

I also read you can put a bag of frozen peas at the top of your belly and something warm at the bottom so that the baby moves towards the heat.

It sounds crazy but look up Moxibustion... its a Chinese styled  approach but u have had 2 very experienced, straight laced midwives  say it works.

I think it uses a flame and your little toe or similar.

If you are desperate and got nothing to lose... worth a shot!
