Morning sickness? What helped you?? Help! Lol

I'm 6weeks pregnant and I have had nausea EVERYDAY at any time of the day since the beginning of 4wks pregnant. Morning, evening, night. Before meals, after eating, WHILE eating. While typing this, u name it, although I have vomited only twice in the last 2 weeks.Tried eating tiny meals and drinking tea with ginger and lemon but NOTHING seems to help. This is my second pregnancy but feels like my first because with my son (now 8yo) I literally had NO symptoms but I'm feeling EVERYTHING with this one. My throat just feels like I'm going to puke at any moment and I wish I would just do it but it never comes. I also notice that my appetite has dropped the last couple of days but I think it's because of how nauseous I have been everyday. I don't know. I just would like to hear anything that helped you with nausea. Anything at this point. I have a looong way to go Lol.

I am going through thr same exact thing. It is to the point I cannot get out of bed or I just lay on the couch. It ***** and is sad because Inhave a 17 mon old who wants to play all the time. I found a little relief in salted mixed nuts, peppermints, gaterade, and that is about it. I barely cook now because the smell of food is horrendous! Lol this ***** so bad.

I am 29 weeks and still getting sick. The one life saver has been dry cereal. I keep a small bag, and if i get sick i start eating it so stop from throwing up again. The dr had me on a bunch of medicine, but diclegis has been the only one to help calm ut, but most insurances dont cover it.

I'm hoping this doesn't last that long. I love cereal so I will definitely try this. Thanks for the suggestion.

Im 10wks and I'm just about over it. I could eat anything that had a tart taste like kiwi, plums, green apples, sprite, soup...etc. Anything else made me sick. I have lost 10pds from throwing up.

I did notice I am able to eat grapes without a problem so I think the tart foods will be helpful. Thanks for your reply.

The smell of meat is the most common trigger for morning sickness.

Me too but once i started eating regularly i feel better, and definitely drink water. I'm doing better the more i eat frequently. If i wait to get hungry again then i feel nauseous and get headaches. Ask your doctor about vitamin B6 that's what a pharmacist showed me on a form of symptoms.
