I like to juice or do smoothies. Lately I been doing smoothies kus it's so much easier. I buy the big bag of organic greens, bag of frozen berries, bag of Chia seeds, bananas....throw then in the my ninja and done! I try to eat healthy but found that smoothies more affordable, more convinient, n therefore easier plan for me to stick to :)
