I've also had a loss but just try to appreciate every moment you get with the beautiful life growing inside you. There will come a time in your pregnancy where your worries will be put at ease. For me, I kept setting milestones like 24 weeks for a 50/50 chance of survival then 28 weeks etc and now I'm 37 weeks and just cannot wait to meet my little princess. And you should NEVER feel embarrassed about what you went through. Hopefully you have a really good support system and people you can talk to because it really does help to tell people how you feel. If you're worried, scared, anxious you should express that. And know that there are so many women that have experienced loss and go on to have healthy babies. I wish you and your lo much luck:)

I also had a miscarriage at 5 weeks 4 days. I am now 8 weeks along and still worry all the time. I don't think I will feel better until I see the ultrasound. Everyone just keeps telling me it's out of my control now. We just have to stay positive! : )

Do not wory try to relax.
I have 5 MCs and I still have hope.
Remember when you hear the heart beet, the chance of having a MC will go to 5%
