My rib is killing meeee

Omg my left ribs are killing me all of a sudden, I'm 32 weeks along so I'm guessing it's her foot or something lodged under my ribs. Does anyone know how to help ease this pain??? Any advice is much appreciated

Oh this was me last week! Its like a really bad side ache. It took a few hours. A bath, heat and cold on tummy standing a moving baby, and than laying on my side (basically went to bed early) and finally toe or door or knee was moved out of my rib. Good luckmama.

Try putting an ice pack or bag of frozen peas where you think her foot is. My little girl shoves her butt in my right ribs and it makes my whole side hurt. The ice pack works like a charm. She's not too fond of having a ice cold bottom lol. And it helps with the soreness too.

I've been trying to do that but she doesn't seem to want to move! Unfortunately must be comfy lodged in my rib lol
