Natural Birth?

Hey ladies my name is Luz and I am 29 years young. My baby girl is due December 18. I am planning on having a natural birth? Who else is going for natural birth. How are you preparing? And ladies what tips do you give us to first time mommies that want to have a natural birth :)

I'm also due with a girl on the same day. Yay!!

The plan for this birth is to stay physically active.  I will also listen to hypno babies starting at the end of this trimester.  I would like to avoid having to have interventions this time.

My second baby was all natural. Just keep in mind your body can do it its what women are built to do. The pain will get to the point where you feel like you can't do it anymore but believe me you can and will do it. Look at some videos on YouTube for breathing techniques which helped me loads as I had something to focus on. The stronger the pain the closer you are to the end. Nice massages on your back will help to. I will say meds are there for you if and when you need them. Lots of women go natural but lots use the meds provided. Never feel a failure if you really need something. The end result is still the same. X
