There's not much you can do about urinary frequency. All I can say is to limit your fluid intake before bed so you're not up all night running to the bathroom.
Yeah. No remedy. If fact, it's only going to get worse lol
I am trying to figure out the same thing. I got an email from my dept head on Friday about asking other teachers to cover my classes so I can go potty and was basically told I couldn't anymore. I'm sitting down with my principal tomorrow about it but still trying to figure out some other ways to reduce the frequency. We only have 9 more days until summer but I also have to worry about it when we come back. And I teach middle school so group potty breaks are really hard.
Oh man I here ya mamamacmurty the girls I work with laugh at me cause I carry clean undies and scrub pants just in case my panty liner isn't enough
My best advice? Never pass up an opportunity to pee! You will probably regret it if you do. I drink a ton of water, always have-and at 25 weeks I pee at least once per hour. Its inconvenient, but it helps keep you and your baby healthy by flushing out toxins & bad stuff in your system. Wait til the pee when you sneeze stage-its a riot at work. Allergy season has been fun so far-haha!
Unfortunately I doubt there is anything you can do for having to go more frequently. Lol its just going to get worse from here on out!
