Need some tips

Hi. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been puking my head off for the past two weeks. On top of that I have severe constipation. Can't keep fluids down for long and can't really eat any vegetables. My previous pregnancy ended in a missed abortion after only 5 weeks, so really nervous about this one. Any suggestions??? P.S. I'm also slowly losing weight.

If you can't even keep water down, try taking the fluid in tiny little sips.  One every 10 minutes or so goes a long way to keep you hydrated.  Obviously if you're dehydrated, that causes constipation, in your shoes I'd be drinking a lot but in small amounts so it doesn't prompt the gag reflex.

To help with the sickness I drank peppermint tea and ginger tea as it helped settles your stomach so you feel less queasy. Also drinking prune juice will help with the constipation.

I lived off of oranges, orange juice and jaffa cakes with my first pregnancy as my sickness was horrendous for the first 16 weeks. I lost a stone and a half during pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy happy little girl. As long as your eating something and drinking lots you'll be ok just find what works for you and eat that more often xx

Fruit will help with the constipation, I ate strawberries and pineapple like it was going out of style.
My nausea was super bad with my first daughter, I lived off toast and fruit for the first 3 months. If it gets too bad you can always call the doctor and get something for the nausea
