Well they don't know the difference between night and day...and it'll be like that for a while unfortunately...

I bet dollars to donuts he wakes up at the same time he did when he was in your tummy. He will figure it out over the next few weeks. Grab a nap when he does when you can.
Yes he does lol...I work swing shift so I was awake alot at night and he was always very active at night
Talk to your pediatrician. Baby might be a little colicky if he is continuously fussy for that many hours. With my daughter holding her laying face down on my arm or thigh as I gently rubbed her back helped settle her gas bubbles in her belly. One of our NICU nurses said that hold works best. There are a ton a tricks out there to help. Good luck! As he gets older it will be easier to flip his sleep schedule.
