Oh everything will be okay windymae... I'll be praying for you and baby.
Omg he is so big and you are tremendously strong...... Congratulations momma!
Congratulations! I'm sure the doctors and nurses in the nicu will be taking good care of him. My daughter had to go to nicu for 5 days she had a sugar issue and was fine.
Comgratulations Windymae,Your little boy will be ok,I wish him a speedy recovery!Wow he was a good weight, how far were you when they induced you?How did you find the induction?
saying a prayer that Tucker is ok butfrom my knowledge big babies usually spend a few days in the nicu. u,was he overdue
Good luck and congrats x x
He was 8days overdue.. It was my second time being induced, and it was extremely painful and really fast this time. With my first it was 12hrs from start to finish. Tucker was out 3 n 1/2 hrs after my water was broke. I was checked and I was dilated to 8 I had another contraction and he was coming, they told me not to push cus the doc wasn't there and my placenta hadn't been cleared or something, but I could help it my body was pushing at that point, not me.. The doc showed up just as he was starting to make an appearance..
Thank you all for your words of encouragement, it really does help hearing it.. I'm happy at the moment, Tucker just got a round of his Iv antibiotics and is all alert and nursing well..
Good to hear!! Congeatulations on your lil man!! Best of luck to you and him on a speedy recovery!!
Congrats on your lil man. Sorry he had so many issues at the beginning. After my cousin had a baby at 24 weeks, I am a huge fan of the nicu nurses. What they do is amazing.
Nicu nurses are amazing! Tucker has been released from nicu into pediatrics, so that is good.. Haven't pinpointed the infection yet, but the antibiotics are working! He is under the photo therapy light now cus his jaundice wasnt so good.. I'm so tired and all I want to do is hold my baby and take care of him without a ton of wires attached to him or be afraid I'm gonna accidentally bump his Iv line.. Can't wait till we get to go home..
