No heartbeat

hi all I'm 6 weeks pregnant and had an internal scan yesterday. There was a sac and embryo but no heartbeat. My midwife said it could be a miscarriage. Has anyone had a healthy baby after no heartbeat at 6 weeks? I'm scared for my baby

With my first I had blood and went to the hospital they told me she didn't have a heartbeat and they didn't see the baby but my hormones was high so it detected a positive in the pregnancy test .. It took the doctor up until I was 13 wks to see her heartbeat .. Shes 10 months now.. I hope we end up having the same story .. Prayers for you!

I was passing clots at 5wks was scanned internally same outcome everything intact apart from a heartbeat, I was rescanned 2wks later and they found a heartbeat & internal bleeding so they made me an appointment for a rescan 2 wks later everything was progressing healthily and the bleed had absorbed I'm now 11+ weeks and have a rescan in 3days to make sure the bleed has fully absorbed and baby is healthy. Fingers crossed all is well for you, unfortunately the worrying never stops x

I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days and there was no heartbeat. I'm now 9 weeks and they were able to pick up a heartbeat at the doctors office on a doppler last week. It's scary I know. Even after hearing a heartbeat last week I still get nervous from time to time thinking something could still go wrong.

I really hope it's too early. They detected my older daughters heart at 6 weeks so that's why I'm nervous for this new baby
