Im 39 weeks pregnant and we are expecting our fourth child, 3rd boy! I have James, Jack, and my girl is Mia. We cant come up with a name! Help!

I would suggest the opposite.  Not a J name, but one that lets him be his own person, not a third of three.  James and Jack are not that alike (because one is formal and the other is casual) but they will look like Huey, Louie and Dewey if there is third J name added to the mix.
