I say keep going because once the baby comes it will be a little more harder to focus. Maybe you can even do online classes. November is too far away and you can make alot of progress :) Good luck.

I did online classes while pregnant. My son was born in July so I went back the fall semester and did night classes. His concern might be you giving birth and missing finals. You only have so much of a grace period to take the exam. So say you go into labor the day before finals you won't be home in time or feel like going and taking the exam. You could see if any online classes do the final online. Or talk to a few teachers about your situation and see ahead of time if they will allow you to take it early or late. Whichever is needed.

I'm due in November as well and I'm just taking online classes so I'd not have to take a semester off. If you feel like you can keep going do it. Just try to take all online classes so you don't have to worry about going into the final. Depending on the school they will not give you make up days to do the final.

personally, I'm still just hacking away at school.I sit in class super uncomfortable, I go to the restroom allll the time, and I waddle around campus, stopping to catch my breath lol...my due date is pretty much uncertain because of my high risk and pregnancy history, so I'm cutting it within a couple of weeks between graduation and due date.
