Numbness in right arm keeping me awake

The past few nights I have been kept awake with numbness in my right arm :( it's not painful but very uncomfortable. Any ideas how to deal with it? I read it could be carpal tunnel syndrome but hoping something will help as otherwise I'll never get any sleep.

Most likely carpal tunnel... I have it really bad.  My fingers lock, go numb, etc. Try wearing a brace.

Warm shower before bed, glass of cold water before bed, and sleep with your arm level with your bed. If you try to elevate it the numbness gets worse
