Ok so it doesn't matter if getting sperm because its my orgasm really that brings it on ? Because I'm not sexually active like at allll lol
Orgasms release oxytocin - also known as the "love hormone". It's the same hormone your body produces when you have butterflies in your stomach, when you have a crush... the good stuff.
The synthetic form of oxytocin is... surprise!! Pitocin. The stuff they use to induce labor.
The prostaglandins in sperm are said to help soften the cervix, too.
So yeah, not much about good sex that isn't good for a pregnant body. If your body isn't ready the amount of oxytocin produced won't make a difference - but if you're prone to preterm labor that's a good reason to avoid sex (your doctor obviously will tell you if that's the case for you). Otherwise, go for it!
Yes it does! And so does the sperm. So you can't go wrong with sex. ;)
