Overheated at night

Hi everyone! I end tmrw first trimester.. even before I got pregnant I was a 'hot sleeper', and I don't mean to hot flashes.. I like to sleep with warm blanket (not electric one, just a thick one) even though it's not winter anymore.. my husband always said I'm radiating heat at night and I wake up sweaty - and again, even before beeing pregnant..

now I heard overheating while pregnant is dangerous and can cause retardation.. now I'm so afraid I caused damage like that to the baby because I'm hot at night in the blanket and wake up sweaty, and I won't even know because retardation isn't something that can be seen till birth... what do you think? should I be worried?

Tnx

Nope.  It's not dangerous.  It's very common and normal.  Put the fan straight on you at night for comfort sake.  Happy Pregnancy!
