I started getting pelvic pain at 29 weeks and 5 days. My doctor said it was associated with SPD. Where my pelvic none is separating causing me pai. She suggested I use a support belt and heat and rest whenever needed.

I was just going to ask this same question but I am 27 weeks now and it just started. It's so painful to walk. I didn't think of taking anything for it or a massage. I shall try that see how that goes. I can't stand the pain it's crazy

I had pelvic/hip pain my entire pregnancy. Just your body getting ready. Your hips widening. The baby hanging out in your pelvis. Lol. It's difficult to sleep and a pain to get up from laying down. I used a pillow between my legs when sleeping it seemed to help me. When the pain was really bad I'd take a tylenol.

I have been having pelvic pain also, mostly on my right side at the back and my lower back. It's so painful, my husband massages it for me which helps for a short time but yea, not much can help I think. I'm 29 weeks 1 day also.
