I'm 33 weeks n I just went to the women's hospital yesterday for the exact same thing n that's just pregnancy there's nothing they can really do except, try Tylenol. It's just the baby getting in position n pushing up against your pelvic floor. You can try taking a hot bath n Tylenol or cold/hot pack.

Same thing here :(. So painful to move at night, pelvic and hips are sore. I don't want to take anything but the regular baths. Don't want to get my body used to Tylenol when sleeping. I'll just suck it up I guess. Ftm 27 weeks today.

Im 22w3d and a ftm and I've been having the same pains. Tylenol and heating pad on low have been helpful. Warm baths with tension relief bath salt has also helped. My Mom said it's because I'm carrying him low so the ligaments are stretching more.

I have the same thing and have for over a month now. The only thing that seems to help me get to sleep is a heating pad on my crotch. I havent taken tylenol but was told by my ob its safe. I havent found relief for the pain when rolling over in the middle of the night, sorry
