Please help - nutrient overdose?

Hi ladies,

i'm currently taking 3 different supplements (1) pregnacare, a pregnancy tablet that most women in UK take, (2) Calcium Sandoz, a calcium efervescent that my doc in Switzerland prescribed because Pregnacare doesnt contain calcium, and (3) Balance PL, a protein powder that my doc here in India prescribed to mix with a glass of milk twice a day (she knows about the other two supplements i take). I consume each of these supplements at a different time during the day, so that they don't interfere with each other.

Adding up all the values from all three supplements as prescribed, i feel i'm having an overdose of some nutrients, and wanted to know if that can be harmful. I eat quite healthy during the day, in additional to a few snacks.

Nutrient -   Total value consumed
Ascorbic Acid (mg) -   40
Asparagus Racemosus (mg) -   200
Biotin (mcg) -   150
Calcium (mg) -   1275
Carotenoids (natural mixed) (mg) -   2
Copper (mg) -   1.66
Folic Acid / Folate (mcg) -   800
Iodine (mcg) -   360
Iron (mg) -   55
Magnesium (mg) -   173.5
Niacinamide (Vitamine B3) (mg) -   25.1
Pantothenic Acid (mg) -   6
Phosphorus (mg) -   215
Potassium (mg) -   382
Pyridoxine (mg) -   0.76
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) (mg) -   2.34
Selenium (mcg) -   30
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) (mg)   -   3.4
Vitamin A (mcg)   -   600
Vitamin B12 (mcg) 6.3
Vitamin B6 (mg)   -   10
Vitamin C (mg) -   70
Vitamin D (mcg)   -   15
Vitamin E (mg) -   19
Vitamin K (mcg)   -   70
Zinc (mg) -   17.26

*  mcg = micrograms, mg = miligrams

Please let me know what you think of this?
i'm almost 30 weeks now. i'm only 5"1' and have gone from 50kg to 60kg (10kg weight gain).
Baby was estimated to be around 1.2kg at my recent scan a few days ago.

Thank you for your valuable advice   :-)

Thank you so much ladies!

I'll try and get this issue sorted before my next appointment and have a discussion with my doc.

For the most part your body will take what it needs from the supplements and dispose of the rest.  Ask your dr again specifically about these values you've calculated.

Try to get these vitamins daily:A -- More than 2,500 IU twice a day is too much (watch for extra Vitamin A in other fortified products like protein bars, breakfast bars, or meal-replacement products)B1 (thiamin) -- 25 mgB2 (Riboflavin) -- 25 mgB3 (Niacin) -- at least 30 mgB5 (pantothenic acid) -- at least 30 mgB6 (pyridoxine) -- 3 mg twice a dayB9 (folic acid) -- 400 mcgB12 -- 400 mcg twice a dayBiotin -- 300 mcgC -- 400 mg twice a day (remember it's water-soluble, so you need two doses over the day)D -- 600 IU twice a dayE -- 200 IU twice a day (or, preferably, 400 IU of mixed tocopherols)
