My doctor and trainee midwife i've been seeing mad my life hell i fit into size 18-22 depends on make and am currently 35wks pregnant... If i had a soar back it's because am overweight it's not the fact the baby is sitting very low and out front, i also can't take my antihistamines for my bad hayfever as it's dangerous for the baby so it's making my asthma worse.... The fact is they are blaming everything ob my weight and it's very hurtful...  I eat healthy do exercise etc.. You can't really sit still when i already have a hyper 3yr old to look after and my job aswell.. Just don't over do it on sugars and extra fatty stuff hun and good luck.... Xx

I was a size 24 before I got pregnant.  I really wanted a baby and was working on losing weight then got pregnant.  I am not doing that again. Everything is harder when you're overweight!  Compared to my other pregnancies I didn't feel the baby move as much at first, didn't look pregnant until the third trimester,  they couldn't see the baby well during the ultrasound.  They told me to keep my weight steady and I've been very successful doing that. It's so much more painful when I've got this much extra on top of being pregnant.  My advice is to eat healthy best you can, go to the chiropractor to make your hips and back feel better, and walk as much as you can. I dididn't get diabetes or high blood pressure or any other risks because of my weight, thank the Lord.  But the weight has made it very difficult thus far. I'm almost done being pregnant and I'm looking forward to being very active soon! Best of luck hun!
