Possible twins? ?
I'm 9 weeks pregnant with my 4th. I have a feeling it might be twins. This pregnancy is really different to the other 3. I'm already showing and can't stop eating and I'm extremely tired all the time. Has anyone had twins. If so Wat were the first signs. Thanks xx
I'm 32 weeks pregnant with twin boys, this is my second pregnancy. I was super sick and extremely tired all the time. I found out it was twins at 8 week dr appointment.

When I had twins, the first sign was twins on the ultrasound. You might see if the doc will give you one.
